Information for Speakers

External speakers only: please check with the hosts if the seminar budget can contribute to your travel costs.

Technical

The seminar room (see photo below) is equipped with a projector and handheld pointers. The default situation is that the speaker brings his or her own laptop computer to connect with the projector. Note that the projector has a standard VGA input only, so please bring adapters as necessary (esp. Mac users), see photos below. Please test your setup prior to the seminar together with one of the hosts!

Other setups are possible but require that the speaker requests them ahead of time (e.g. using somebody else's computer, or hardcopy slides).
